Begin taking the steps to admissions into The Covenant School of Jacksonville by utilizing our online application. This online application system allows parents/guardians to track their application progress with the Admissions Checklist for each student.
Admissions Requirements
While our admissions process varies slightly for different grade levels, our admission requirements and general process is as follows:
Family professes faith in Jesus Christ.
Family is an active member of a local Bible-believing church.
For Early Education students, Covenant expects developmentally appropriate behavior.
For Lower and Upper School students, commendable behavioral and attendance records from prior school.
For Lower and Upper School admission, students should score in the 60th percentile or above on standardized testing.
Admissions Process

To begin the application process, create an online account.
A non-refundable application fee of $175 is required for each new student application. This can be paid online when submitting the application.

Following the submission of your child’s application, you are eligible to apply for scholarships and tuition assistance.

For 9th-12th grade students- Unofficial transcript and standardized test scores from the past 2 years.
For rising 2nd-8th grade students- Copies of the report cards and standardized test scores from the past 2 years.
For rising 1st grade students- Copy of kindergarten report card
For rising Kindergarteners- if attended a VPK program, a copy of their VPK evaluation.
For all grades- Immunization record on Form DH 680 and Physical Form DH 3040
For all grades- Copy of Birth Certificate

You will have an opportunity to enter emails for individuals to fill out these references when completing the online application.
Teacher References are only necessary for students applying for grades 1-12.

Once the completed application and additional requirements are processed, an appointment will be scheduled for testing.

After the previous steps have been completed, your family will have the opportunity to meet with the administrator of your child’s division to establish a connection, learn more about each other and about Covenant, and to get answers to any questions. During this conference, parent(s) will have an opportunity to share his/her/their testimony.

You will receive a formal decision via email from the divisional administrator within one week of your Family Conference, including information explaining how to finalize your child’s enrollment.
The enrollment process will not be finalized until the enrollment packet is completed and your $200 deposit is submitted. To guarantee your child’s placement, the enrollment packet must be completed within two weeks of receipt.
