Family Portal

FACTS Family Portal (formerly known as FACTS ParentsWeb), is our online Student Information System. The Family Portal is where you can order Lunch and access Student/Family contact information, Student Medical information, Attendance, Daily Grades, Progress Reports. Lesson Plans, Homework, Discipline, School Directory and other useful school information.  

FACTS also has an App that you can download from your App Store. Search “RenWeb Home” in your App store.

Uniforms

Official Covenant merchandise can be purchased exclusively from RC Uniforms (in-store and online purchases are available). 

At this time, students do NOT have to purchase bottoms from RC Uniforms (although they will have options available, should you choose to do so). Please pay particularly close attention to other uniform items (i.e.- shoes, belts, socks, tights, headbands, and other accessories, etc.). These items must also adhere to Covenant’s color scheme as outlined in the Uniform Policy as noted in the handbook. 

Spirit Days

The first Friday of the month is “Spirit Day” for all Covenant students. On this day, students can wear their Covenant Spirit shirt with modest denim or uniform bottoms.

If you would like to purchase a Spirit shirt, please let the school office know what size you need. The t-shirt purchase cost can be charged to your FACTS Incidentals Account.

Lunches/ How to Order Lunch

Students are welcome to bring a packed lunch from home or order hot lunch. Hot lunches can be ordered through the FACTS Family Portal. All lunches must be ordered by Noon the prior school day.  The menu for each day is also posted in the FACTS Family Portal.

Student Handbook

A copy of the student handbook will be emailed to you. If you have not yet received your copy, please contact us.

School Schedule

The school schedule, car line details and aftercare information will be provided in your on-boarding materials. In order to keep our campus secure, we will not publish that information publicly.

Aftercare is also provided at an additional cost, as outlined in your on-boarding materials. To enroll in aftercare, please contact Mrs. Debbie King.

School Supplies

Lower School- Teachers purchase all lower school supplies. It is recommended that you have basic school supplies to keep at home for homework and other school assignments.

Upper School- Teachers will give students a list of needed supplies. There is also a nominal school supply fee for Upper School students .

The supply fee is published in your on-boarding packet and will be added to your FACTS Incidentals account.  

Communication

At Covenant, we utilize a variety of communication including our weekly e-newsletter, The Covenant Chronicle, email, text messages, paper handouts & occasionally phone calls. Please be sure to have a current phone number on file with an activated voicemail where we can leave a message if necessary. Please also have current emergency contacts on file.

You will automatically be added to receive via email the weekly newsletter, however, you may need to check your spam folder the first couple of weeks. Also, please read all emails and text messages send from teachers and staff to stay current on important information.

Student Parking Tags

Your student may obtain a student parking tag from our receptionist, Mrs. Denae Nocks. Your child will need to complete the form and payment to obtain a tag.
