Kimberly Hansen
Mrs. Hansen is a licensed and certified Professional Engineer, Certified General Contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional, who has worked in all facets of the A/E/C industry over the last 25 years. She recently led the way in Covenant’s relocation efforts service as the Chairperson of the Vision and Relocation committee. She and her husband, Richard just celebrated their 30th anniversary and are the proud parents of Sabrina, a member of Covenant’s Class of 2023.
Kimberly holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
Katie Hinson
Mrs. Hinson was born and raised in Jacksonville where she attended JCDS for elementary school, Episcopal High School and graduated from University of North Florida with a BFA.
She and her husband, David, have two girls who have attended Covenant for years. Katie serves as Vice President in her husband’s civil construction company and enjoys working alongside him.
Rick Howard
Mr. Howard, a life-long native of Jacksonville, began working part-time in a sheet metal shop while in high school. After a 23-year course in air conditioning and business management, Rick opened Air to Air, Inc., an air conditioning contractor in 2022. Rick and his wife, Carol, recently celebrated their 51st anniversary and have two sons and five grandchildren. Three of those grandchildren are enrolled at Covenant.
Rick’s heart for the Lord and His kingdom, coupled with his expertise and wisdom, is a blessing to our school.
Pam Markham
Mrs. Markham is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, whose most recent employment was with the City of Jacksonville, where she served 28 years. From Assistant Council Auditor to Inspector General, she has served the citizens of Jacksonville in multiple roles. She is a Past Secretary and Board Member of the Association of Local Government Auditors, a member of the Association of Inspectors General, Florida Government Finance Officers’ Association, Institute of Internal Auditors, and Florida Audit Forum.
Pam and her husband of 45 years, Garry, have two married children and four grandchildren. Two of those grandchildren attend The Covenant School of Jacksonville.
Riley Stallard
Mr. Stallard is a Vice President in the Wealth Management Group of Fidelity Investments. After graduating from the University of North Florida with a degree in business and obtaining a Certified Financial Planner designation, he has worked in the investment industry for fourteen years. In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar, riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors.
He and his wife, Casey, have been married for twelve years and serve as foster parents to children in our community. Three of their children are enrolled at The Covenant School of Jacksonville.
Robin S. Vail, Ph. D.
Dr. Vail is a Licensed Psychologist (Fl PY 003254) whose most recent employment was with the International Mission Board living overseas in Asia following private practice in Jacksonville for over 50 years. She has taught at several schools including Western Kentucky University, University of North Florida and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has served on numerous boards including the Jacksonville Baptist Children’s Home, Cerebral Palsy of Northeast Florida, Dean’s Educational Advisory Council-UNF, Learn to Read, and Head Start Advisory Board.
God and family drive her value system. She is a member of Deermeadows Baptist Church, mother of three and grandmother to three. Her hobbies include tennis and golf, where she still plays in competitions.
