Early Education

Shepherded by dedicated faculty and staff, our preschoolers experience a child-centered, hands-on environment that captivates their imagination.

In our classrooms and outdoor playground, students learn through discovery, exploration, experimentation, and creativity.

To ensure safety, our preschool provides a controlled-access security system.

Through our sequential, developmentally appropriate curriculum, teachers integrate Biblical truths in every content area. Focusing on child development and project-oriented, play-based learning, we implement classical, Christian education so that even at an early age, children are learning about His truth, His goodness, and His beauty.

Language studies, literacy, music, and technology serve as the foundations for our early educational program. Our youngest warriors enjoy a different resource each day. Music is one of these resources and is woven into every content area of our program as students play instruments, listen, move, and dramatize. In addition, preschool students learn age-appropriate technology skills via listening centers, traveling computer centers, an interactive white board, iPads, and various other media devices.

Covenant’s Early Education program also provides optional enrichment opportunities throughout the week. Participation is not required but made available to our families in an effort to provide additional family time in the evenings while still allowing the children to participate in extra-curricular activities. Enrichment opportunities are tailored to delight, entertain, and enrich children’s afternoon experience. Students who choose not to participate will enjoy continued learning activities in their classroom.
